Using RepStack
RepStack is a free, independently maintained tool for organizing reviews, follow-ups, and reports. These terms apply to the website and installed app. You agree to them when you sign up.
Your account and records
Keep your sign-in details private and use only accounts you have permission to access. On shared devices, sign out when you are finished.
Keep records focused on public review details, product models, and ticket numbers. Leave out customer email addresses, phone numbers, and confidential information, and respect the source platform’s rules when copying reviews.
You and the original owners keep the rights to the material you add. RepStack has your permission to store, display, process, and back it up to run and support the service, as explained in the Privacy Policy. This does not give RepStack ownership or permission to use it in advertising.
Reports and availability
Reports and calculations use the records and settings you enter. Check them before submitting a report; they do not replace official payroll records. Keep a separate copy of anything important.
RepStack may have bugs or downtime, and data loss is possible. Features can change, and support replies may take time. If something goes wrong, please get in touch.
Links to other platforms open separate services with their own rules. RepStack is not endorsed by those platforms.
Leaving RepStack
You can stop using RepStack whenever you like. Export your saved records in settings, delete individual records, or email us to request account deletion. Uninstalling the app does not delete cloud records; the Privacy Policy explains what happens to backups.
Access may be paused to deal with misuse, security problems, or legal requirements. When possible, we will explain why and give you a way to contact us. If RepStack closes, we will aim to give you advance notice and time to export your records.
Updates and questions
We will date updates to these terms and let you know about important changes. If renewed agreement is needed, we will ask for it.
