What RepStack keeps track of.

A review moves through four stages. RepStack records where every one of them stands.

  1. Track expected reviews

    When a customer says they will leave a review, add it to the follow-up list. It stays there until the review is posted or the follow-up expires after 14 days.

  2. Log every review

    Save each review with the customer, platform, ticket number, and link, and mark when it mentions you by name.

  3. Verify each review

    Once you have confirmed a review, mark it verified. It is assigned to the pay period it falls in.

  4. Report each pay period

    Turn the reviews in a pay period into report rows to copy and send to your manager. Each row comes from one review record, so the count can be checked line by line.
